Things worth knowing about rooms & prices

• Check-in
  Possible as of 1:00 pm. If you plan to arrive later than 7:00 pm, please let us know.
• Check-out
  By 10:00 am. On your day of departure, please vacate the rooms by 10:00 am.
• Breakfast
  Our breakfast buffet is open for your enjoyment from 8:00 until 10:00 am. On request, we are happy to quote you a price: per adult per day, EUR 12., per child EUR 6. In case you wish to have breakfast earlier, please let us know.
• Internet
  For the access code, just ask at the reception.
  Towels and bed linens
  Towels and bed linens are included in the room price.
• Ski passes
  You get your ski pass for Venet ski area from us.
• Public transportation & ski bus
  Bus trips to Landeck and the Nature Park House are free of charge with the TirolWestCard.
  The ski bus for Vernet ski area is free of charge.
  Ski bus stop is just 3 min. walk from the house.
  You get your ski bus ticket for Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis ski area and Fendels ski area at the reception or at the town hall in Fliess (return trip EUR 3. per person).
  Ski bus stop just 3 min. walk from the house. Departure times: inquire at the reception.
• Cancellations
  In case of cancellation, the General Terms of Business for hotels are valid and applicable.
• Local tax
  The local tax is invoiced separately per person per day. Children below age 15 are freed from this tax.
  Tax summer: EUR 1.80 per person per day
  Tax winter: EUR 1.80 per person per day
• Hotel invoice
  We request that you settle your hotel bill the day before your departure. THANK YOU.
• Pets
  Pets are welcome in our house. For each pet, we invoice EUR 12. per day (not including food). Please do not leave the pet(s) alone in your room.
